Key Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of US Mortgage Escrow processes, including escrow setup, maintenance, disbursements, and annual escrow analysis.Knowledge of RESPA regulations, tax/insurance escrow requirements, and industry compliance standards.Familiarity with shortage/surplus calculations, escrow projections, and account adjustments. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.Proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation as needed.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Proficient in MS Office and capable of working effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments.Education and Experience2 plus years of US Mortgage Servicing experience, preferably in Escrow OperationsFlexibility to work night shifts and support extended hours/weekends when required.CTC: 5.5 LPA maxMode: WFHEducation: Graduation is mandatory Disclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
