Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Mortgage Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Mortgage Specialist will guide buyers through the home loan process, including assessing financial profiles, explaining mortgage options, and helping select suitable products. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with banks and financial institutions, preparing and reviewing loan documentation, tracking application status, and ensuring timely approvals. The role involves advising clients on eligibility, interest rates, repayment plans, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Mortgage Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and customer support teams to deliver a smooth, transparent financing experience for buyers.
Qualifications
