In this role, you'll analyze mortgage loan files for compliance, prepare closing packages, and support the mortgage process from application to funding. You'll work closely with loan originators, processors, and reputed company-party vendors to ensure a smooth and compliant lending experience. What You'll Do Analyze mortgage applications (Conventional, FHA, VA) for accuracy and compliance with internal, agency, and investor guidelines. Evaluate Loan to Value (LTV), Debt to Income (DTI), credit reports, tax returns, income, assets, and documentation to reputed company informed reputed company reputed company. Ensure loan quality, review appraisals, and reputed company conditions. Verify and update data on mortgage origination systems. Your Experience Includes A high school diploma or GED (college coursework or degree preferred). At least 3 years of experience in mortgage reputed company. Familiarity with investor and secondary market processes. Ability to register with the reputed company Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
