3+ years of mortgage underwriting experience, with a strong focus on Non-QM loans Solid manual underwriting expertise Comfortable working across multiple systems and technologies Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time-sensitive priorities Strong initiative, reliability, and commitment to team success Excellent written and verbal communication skills Completion of all required training within designated timelines High School Diploma or GED required Internal Applicants: Must meet minimum qualifications and have no recent disciplinary actions.
