Role Description The Motion Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Puducherry, India. This role involves designing and producing motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, videos, and social media content. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, developing storyboards, creating animated sequences, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and developers to align motion assets with brand guidelines and project goals. The Motion Designer will also assist in video production tasks such as editing, compositing, and optimizing content for different platforms, while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating dynamic visual content.
Candidates should possess Animation and Storyboarding skills to translate concepts into clear, engaging sequences.
Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including editing and basic compositing, for digital and social media outputs.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator or equivalent software.
Ability to work on-site in Puducherry, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
