What you'll do
- Create motion graphics, animated posts, reels, social media videos, promotional videos, and digital campaigns
- Develop visual concepts based on campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives
- Create animations, transitions, typography animations, logo animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects
- Work on short-form video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Convert static designs into engaging motion-based content
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, marketers, video editors, and creative teams
- Follow brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, design systems, and creative direction
- Edit and enhance existing video, animation, and motion assets
- Research current motion design, video, AI, and social media trends
- Use AI tools to generate ideas, concepts, visual references, assets, animations, and creative variations
- Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve the speed and quality of design and motion production
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines
- Take feedback and make revisions quickly
- Maintain consistency across creative assets and campaigns
- Keep creative files organized and maintain professional project workflows
You'll fit if you
- Have a strong understanding of design, animation, composition, typography, storytelling, and visual hierarchy
- Have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, particularly:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Media Encoder

- Have a strong working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for professional motion and video production
- Understand motion principles such as timing, easing, transitions, keyframes, masking, compositing, and visual effects
- Have experience creating social media videos, reels, advertisements, and branded motion content
- Have a good understanding of typography, colour, composition, branding, and visual storytelling
- Have practical knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and workflows
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools for image generation, video generation, animation, voice, music, editing, upscaling, and creative ideation
- Understand how to combine AI-generated assets with professional Adobe workflows rather than relying entirely on AI-generated output
- Can use AI tools responsibly while maintaining brand consistency, originality, quality, and copyright awareness
- Can convert a creative brief into a strong visual concept
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
- Can take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Have a strong portfolio or examples of motion graphics, video, animation, or AI-assisted creative work
