Were seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling motion content that enhances storytelling and elevates brand communication. This role requires a strong blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and attention to detail to ensure our clients achieve maximum impact through engaging visual experiences.
You should be equally confident working in motion design and traditional video editing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design and animate motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.Create:Kinetic typographyLogo animationsLower thirds and title sequencesExplainer-style graphics and transitionsSupport video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.Prepare and adapt graphics for multiple formats (16:9, 1:1, 9:16, social, broadcast, web).Work with brand guidelines and visual identities.Collaborate closely with editors, producers and creative leads in London.Organise project files and follow established workflows and naming conventions.Deliver projects to deadlines while maintaining high visual and technical standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects (advanced level)Strong experience with:Motion graphics2D animationKinetic typographyVery good working knowledge of:Adobe Premiere ProAdobe PhotoshopAdobe InDesignUnderstanding of video codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios and delivery formats.Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into clear visual animations.Good sense of timing, typography, composition and storytelling.Experience working with a European or American agency for at least 2 years.Understands different types of deliverables and outputs, from social and corporate to documentary and beyond.Keeps up to date with new and emerging social media trends.Able to use AI as a tool rather than as a means to an end with the judgement to assess output quality and suitability against each clients needs and brand.
