01Key Responsibilities
Claims Assessment:Inspect and survey damaged motor vehicles to determine the extent of loss or damage.Verify claim details and policy coverage.Loss Adjustment:Evaluate repair estimates provided by garages or service centers.Negotiate repair costs and settlements with repairers, ensuring fairness and adherence to policy terms.Documentation and Reporting:Prepare detailed survey reports with clear findings, photographs, and recommendations.Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to the claims team and insurers.Client Interaction:Coordinate with clients, garages, and insurance companies to facilitate a smooth claims process.Address client queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.Compliance and Standards:Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Keep updated with new repair technologies and industry trends to improve assessments.Risk Mitigation:Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate them for further investigation.Provide inputs on risk control measures for motor insurance portfolios.Key Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelors degree (preferred) or diploma in automotive engineering, insurance, or a related field.Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a motor claims surveyor, loss adjuster, or in a similar role.Strong understanding of motor vehicle components, repair processes, and insurance policies.Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously.Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for surveys.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Exposure to a diverse portfolio of premium clients and vehicles. .
