The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating motor insurance proposals, assessing risks, issuing policies, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Evaluate motor insurance proposals and assess underwriting risks. Review customer documents and verify policy eligibility. Calculate premiums based on underwriting guidelines. Issue new motor insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with company and insurer underwriting policies. Handle policy amendments, quotations, and customer queries. Maintain accurate underwriting records and documentation. Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and ensure timely policy issuance. Stay updated on insurance regulations, products, and market trends. Required Skills Valuable understanding of Motor Insurance products. Solid analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to work under deadlines. MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook). Team player with a proactive attitude. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. MBA or Insurance-related qualification is an added advantage. Experience 02 years of experience in Motor Insurance Underwriting.
