01Overview
Maintain and manage patients' medical records in physical and electronic formats.
Verify the completeness and accuracy of patient records before filing.
Ensure proper coding, indexing, filing, and retrieval of medical records.
Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to obtain missing documentation.
Process requests for medical records from patients, insurance companies, and authorized agencies.
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual MRD reports.
Support audits, accreditation (NABH/JCI), and regulatory compliance activities.
Archive and dispose of records according to hospital policies and legal requirements.
Assist in implementing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and maintain data quality.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and EMR software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Word).
Understanding of patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations.
Compensation: 10,091.08 - 32,494.96 per month
