01Key Responsibilities
Medical Records Management:
Organize and maintain patient records in digital and physical formats.
Ensure all medical documents, reports, and patient histories are correctly filed and updated.
Retrieve and provide medical records to authorized personnel upon request.
Ensure compliance with hospital regulations and data protection policies.
Data Entry & Documentation:
Enter patient details, diagnoses, treatments, and medical procedures into hospital databases.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
Assist in maintaining hospital record management systems and software.
Confidentiality & Compliance:
Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per HIPAA and hospital policies.
Ensure records are securely stored and protected from unauthorized access.
Follow hospital guidelines and legal requirements for medical data management.
Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for record-related queries.
Assist in medical audits and prepare reports as required by the hospital management.
Support insurance claims processing by providing accurate patient documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Record Technology or a related field.
Certification in Health Information Management (preferred).
Strong knowledge of medical records management and documentation.
Proficiency in hospital information systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. .
