arenaflex is currently seeking a dedicated, multilingual Customer Service Associate to join our Delivery Station team in Rozenburg, Noordholland, Netherlands. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a strong possibility of extension, offering 40 hours per week of full-time engagement. Work Schedule and Hours
We understand that customers need support at various times, which is why this role requires flexibility in scheduling. You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, typically reputed company as five 8-hour shifts. Operating hours run from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through reputed company. To meet customer demand, we rotate shift patterns, and your schedule may change every four weeks.
