Mutual Fund Back Office (Operations)

Welath Back Office Executive Client Servicing & Investment Operations Executive Candidate Profile Understanding of mutual funds, asset allocation, SIP, STP, SWP, KYC, and risk profiling. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain portfolio performance and financial information in simple terms. Good knowledge of Excel, CRM, and basic data handling. Client-first attitude with attention to detail and ownership of tasks. Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external service providers. Job Profile Handle client queries related to transactions, statements, app usage, and non-financial requests. Process mutual fund transactions through MFU, BSE StAR MF, NSE NMF, and other platforms. Manage KYC, documentation, nominee updates, bank changes, and compliance records. Maintain client data, meeting notes, service logs, and reporting software. Prepare MIS reports, holding statements, capital-gain reports, and transaction reconciliations. Coordinate with AMCs, PMS providers, platforms, and internal teams for timely issue resolution. Guide clients on digital platforms and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery. .
