Mutual Fund Business & Distribution Manager Location: India Job Type: Full time Department:Wealth Management Experience Required: 3-6 Years Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month + Performance Incentives About Us We are a fast-growing fintech company focused on making mutual fund investing accessible and efficient for retail and HNI investors across India. We are looking for an experienced Mutual Fund Business & Distribution Manager to drive distribution partnerships, expand our channel network, and contribute to AUM growth. Key Responsibilities - Onboard, manage, and grow a network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), sub-brokers, and distribution partners. - Drive mutual fund sales and achieve AUM growth targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, banks, co-operative societies, and financial intermediaries. - Conduct product training sessions, SIP awareness programs, and NFO campaigns for partners. - Identify and develop business opportunities in Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets. - Monitor and track key business metrics including SIP registrations, AUM, redemptions, and net flows. - Coordinate with internal product, operations, compliance, and technology teams to resolve partner queries. - Promote the company's digital platform and onboarding capabilities to channel partners. - Prepare business reports, MIS dashboards, pipeline updates, and periodic review presentations. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to mutual fund distribution. Required Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, Business Administration preferred). - NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributor Certification) is mandatory. - NISM V-B certification will be an added advantage.
