Reports To: Operations Head / CEO Position Summary We are looking for a Mutual Fund Co-ordinator to manage mutual fund sales support along with complete front-office and back-office coordination. The role requires robust product knowledge, client servicing skills, and the ability to manage transaction processing end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Assist Relationship Managers/clients in selecting suitable mutual fund schemes based on client goals and risk profile. Handle front-office activities, including client walk-ins, queries, scheme information, and application processing. Process mutual fund transactions such as purchase, redemption, SIP registration, STP, SWP, and switch requests. Coordinate with AMCs (Asset Management Companies) and RTAs (CAMS/KFintech) for transaction processing and reconciliation. Maintain and update client mutual fund portfolios and folio records in the back-office system. Track SIP mandates, NACH registrations, and follow up on SIP bounces/renewals. Generate client portfolio statements, capital gain statements, and periodic performance reports. Resolve client servicing issues such as folio consolidation, nominee updates, and bank mandate changes. Coordinate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities for mutual fund products. Ensure all mutual fund transactions comply with AMFI and SEBI regulations. Maintain MIS on AUM (Assets Under Management), business generated, and client-wise investment data. Required Skills & Competencies Robust product knowledge of mutual fund schemes (Equity, Debt, Hybrid, SIP, ELSS, etc.). Hands-on experience with AMC/RTA platforms and mutual fund back-office software. Valuable client-handling and relationship management skills. Robust coordination skills to manage both front-desk and back-office responsibilities. Proficiency in MS Excel for portfolio tracking and MIS reporting. Eligibility & Requirements Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mutual fund sales/operations. .
