Role Description The Mutual Fund Operations Executive will manage day-to-day operational activities related to mutual fund investments, including processing transactions, maintaining records, and coordinating with registrars and fund houses. The role involves monitoring client portfolios, reconciling data, generating reports, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of investment instructions. The executive will handle client inquiries, support onboarding documentation, and assist in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur, requiring close collaboration with the advisory and client service teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and high service standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, reconcile transactions, and monitor portfolio performance.Candidates should possess knowledge of Mutual Funds and Investments to handle transaction processing, portfolio tracking, and client queries.Candidates should possess foundational understanding of Finance to support accurate reporting, compliance, and risk awareness.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, internal stakeholders, and external fund houses.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial software or back-office systems.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet operational deadlines.Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in mutual fund operations or financial markets are an advantage.Prior experience in mutual fund back-office operations or financial services operations is preferred. .
