Role & responsibilities
- Handle and maintain relationships with existing mutual fund clients.
- Understand client financial goals and suggest suitable mutual fund investment options.
- Generate new clients through calls, references, leads, and networking.
- Explain mutual fund products, SIPs, lump-sum investments, and related services to clients.
- Follow up with clients for investments, SIPs, renewals, and additional business.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide good after-sales service.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, and investments.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, KYC, transactions, and client queries.
- Stay updated with mutual fund products, market developments, and company offerings.
Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduation in any stream.
- NISM certification / mutual fund industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and investments.
- Experience in sales or client relationship management preferred.
- Target-oriented with valuable follow-up skills. .
