Job Title: Mutual Fund Operations Executive Company: Zeta Mone Location: Pune (NIBM Road) Experience: 6 Months 2 Years Job Summary We are hiring a detail-oriented Mutual Fund Operations Executive to support daily mutual fund operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, and fund accounting activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Key Responsibilities Process mutual fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, and switches.Perform trade settlements and coordinate with custodians, AMCs, and internal teams.Support daily NAV calculation, validation, and portfolio valuation.Reconcile cash, holdings, transactions, and NAV with internal systems and custodians.Maintain investor records, fund data, and operational documentation.Prepare MIS, audit reports, and regulatory reports.Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies.Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal policies.Support internal and external audits.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.6 months 2 years of experience in mutual fund operations, fund accounting, or investment operations.Basic knowledge of NAV, reconciliations, settlements, and mutual fund processes.Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleInternet reimbursementLeave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offWork Location: In person
