Role & responsibilities Field Sales Role
Achieve sales targets for assigned financial products.
Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Explain product and assist customers in choosing the right solution.
Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to loan disbursement.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
Support customer documentation and loan processing activities.
Conduct regular field visits and customer interactions.
Work closely with the branch team to achieve business objectives.
A two-wheeler is preferred for local travel.
This is a field-based sales role that provides hands-on exposure to customer acquisition, relationship management, and the end-to-end lending process.
Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Willing to build a career in Sales and Financial Services
Comfortable with field sales and local travel .
