NAPS Intern Home Loan Sales (Field Sales) Responsibilities
1. Generate Home Loan Leads
2. Visit builders, real estate agents, and customer locations to identify and generate potential home loan leads.
3. Promote and Sell Home Loan Products
4. Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, EMI options, and perks to prospective customers.
5. Collect and Verify Documents
6. Assist customers in submitting KYC, income proofs, property papers, and other required loan documents.
7. Customer Follow-up
8. Regularly follow up with customers to convert leads into loan applications and ensure timely completion of the process.
9. Meet Sales Targets and Build Relationships
10. Support the sales team in achieving monthly loan disbursement targets while maintaining relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners
