Prospecting & Relationship Building: Cold call potential clients (30-50 calls per day) to build a strong reputed company reputed company. reputed company and maintain relationships with both new and existing mortgage brokers. Industry Engagement: Attend trade shows and seminars as needed to stay updated on industry trends and expand your network. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of Non-QM experience or 5 years in the mortgage lending industry. Proven track record with a reputed company funding volume exceeding $2 reputed company per month. A strong, reputed company book of business is highly preferred. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to structure reputed company loans in partnership with brokers. In-depth knowledge of Non-QM programs, including reputed company Loans, DSCR (Business Purpose), ITIN, Foreign National, and P&L only programs.
