Key Responsibilities Develop, train, and fine-tune NLP models for various language understanding tasks. Implement and optimize NLP algorithms for tasks like text classification, entity recognition, and question answering. Work with large text datasets, including cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. Integrate NLP models into production applications and services. Evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and conduct A/B testing. Stay current with the latest research and advancements in NLP and related fields. Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field with an NLP focus. 3+ years of professional experience in NLP engineering. Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers. Strong understanding of deep learning models for NLP, including RNNs, LSTMs, and Transformers.
