01Key Responsibilities
Monitor comments, videos and live chat content of various YouTube channels for compliance with YouTube s policies.
Stay up-to-date with company policies to ensure uploaded content adheres to policy.
Investigate user inquiries and respond to their complaints in a reputed company manner in a reputed company manner.
Publisher will try to verify the authenticity of uploaded content
Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year experience as a YouTube moderator or similar moderator.
High school diploma or reputed company reputed company certificate
Must have reputed company knowledge of YouTube policies and community guidelines.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment
Must have quick problem solving and decision making abilities.
