01Responsibilities
- Identify and execute investment opportunities across special situations, corporate actions, REITs, and InvITs.
- Build financial models, evaluate valuations, cash flows, yields, and return scenarios.
- Develop investment theses, sector frameworks, and event-driven strategies.
- Monitor portfolios, market trends, and corporate action pipelines through research and analytics.
- Prepare investment notes, IC memos, and risk-reward assessments.
- Support primary and secondary market transactions, including QIPs, block deals, and institutional placements.
- Conduct due diligence and engage with management teams to assess strategy, growth prospects, and capital allocation.
- Generate actionable investment ideas through data analysis, market intelligence, and industry research
What We're Looking For:
- Background in finance, economics, engineering, or strategy from IIM A, B, C & L
- Interest in corporate actions, fundamental investing, and market structure
- Strong grasp of valuation methods, financial modelling, and business analysis
- Analytical thinker who combines data with judgment to generate actionable ideas .
