Job Title: Sr. Analyst Programmer .Net (3+ years)

Role OverviewThe Sr. Analyst Programmer is a senior technical role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade position plays a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. It contributes to system architecture decisions, leads critical development initiatives, and mentors junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain complex applications to meet business and technical needs.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
Troubleshoot critical system issues and implement effective, scalable solutions.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Contribute to system architecture design and technical solution planning.
Review code to ensure best practices, quality, coding standards, and maintainability.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and technical support.
Document system processes, architecture, technical designs, and updates for reference and compliance.
Lead specific segments within large projects, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture and business objectives.
QualificationsEducation
Bachelors degree in
Computer Science
Information Technology
Software Engineering
Or a related field
Work Experience
3+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, and technical leadership
Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in:
C#
.NET Core / .NET Framework
ASP.NET (MVC/Web API)
Experience working with .NET 4.5, including:
Rewriting and upgrading legacy codebases to newer .NET versions
Developing Windows-based (desktop/OS-based) applications
Solid understanding of
Object-oriented programming
Design patterns
System architecture
Experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server) and query optimization
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Solid understanding of documentation standards and system design practices
Positive leadership and mentoring capabilities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Expertise in debugging tools and troubleshooting complex systems .
