Degree in computer science or equivalent
10+ years of.Net development using Visual Studio
4+ years of work experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular development
Experience with Database Development (SQL)
Experience with REST Web Services
Experience with ORM tools, Entity Framework, etc. Experience with leading engineers through an enterprise Agile development process Experience with leading team design sessions
Experience with providing architectural direction for overall team
Experience with leading team during team planning sessions including PI planning efforts
Experience with leading team through technical estimation process

Experience with DevOps technologies in a cloud workplace (AWS preferred)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

SRE Responsibilities
Build monitoring (observability platforms) that alerts on symptoms rather than on outages
Help design, build and maintain security features into everything we expose to our customers
Use a wide variety of.Net technology and other tools to improve our products as much as possible over time, working with the Application Development teams
Improve operational processes (such as deployments and upgrades) to make them as repeatable as possible
Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack
Plan the growth of T&E; Applications infrastructure, database and other technology layers
Be on an on-call rotation to respond to incidents that impact T&E; Application availability and provide support for other engineers and account management teams related to customer incidents
Focus on building proactive solutions to prevent incidents from ever happening
Leading and contributing to scope and designs for issues, epics, features and OKRs
Contributing to KBAs, create and update runbooks and general documentation
