Ltd. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> <\/div> Position : Permanent <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> Role : Network Administrator <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> Location : PANINDIA <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> Notice Period : Immediate or 30 days max <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> Experience Required : 2+ years <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> Mandatory Skillset : Network Admin <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> Secondary Skillset : CCNA, Firewall, Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> <\/div><\/span> Requirements<\/h3> Key Responsibilities <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> - Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Routers, Switches, and Firewalls. <\/li> - Perform L1 support for network incidents, escalations, and problem management. <\/li> - Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability. <\/li> - Implement and maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, and Wireless networks. <\/li> - Conduct regular network health checks, patching, and firmware upgrades. <\/li> - Work closely with L1 teams to resolve escalated issues and provide technical guidance. <\/li> - Assist in implementing network security policies, access controls, and firewall rules. <\/li> - Manage IP addressing, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), and switching technologies (VTP, STP, EtherChannel). <\/li> - Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. <\/li> - Support business continuity by maintaining backup, redundancy, and failover strategies. <\/li> - Collaborate with vendors and service providers for escalations and support. <\/li><\/ul> Required Skills & Qualifications <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience). <\/li> - 2.5 years of hands -on experience as a Network Administrator or similar role. <\/li> - Strong knowledge of Cisco networking devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls). <\/li> - Certification: CCNA (mandatory); CCNP or equivalent is a plus. <\/li> - Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, ACLs, and IP routing. <\/li> - Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.). <\/li> - Good understanding of Firewall technologies (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.). <\/li> - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. <\/li> - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high -pressure environments. <\/li><\/ul> Good to Have (Optional Skills) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> - Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP). <\/li> - Knowledge of VoIP, Load Balancers, and SD -WAN technologies. <\/li> - Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management. <\/li><\/ul> <\/div><\/span> Benefits<\/h3> About Company : www.tislabs.in<\/a> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> TIS Labs Pvt.
