01Overview
Responsibilities
Configure, install, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Assist in implementing and maintaining network security policies.
Support Fortinet firewall administration.
Maintain network documentation and diagrams.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and ISP-related issues.
Assist with backup and disaster recovery activities.
Collaborate with IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, and Helpdesk teams.
Ensure network availability, performance, and compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of Network Administration experience.
Minimum 2 years of Fortinet Firewall experience.
Good understanding of:
Routing & Switching
TCP/IP
VPN
VLAN
Network Security
Wireless Networking
Experience with network monitoring tools.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
CCNA certification
CompTIA Network+
Experience with cloud networking and virtualization
