About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to design, implement, and manage our enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires expertise in LAN, WAN, WLAN environments, and associated security measures.

Job description: Design, implement, manage, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, Configure and administer Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR) devices using the Meraki Dashboard, and Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst switches (9300/9400/9500 or similar).

Required Candidate profile: Cisco CCNA / CCNP, Meraki certifications, Cisco Security (FTD / Firepower) certification, Genesys certification Must-have: Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR), Cisco Catalyst switching, Cisco FTD firewalls.

Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, manage, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments
- Configure and administer Cisco Meraki devices using the Meraki Dashboard
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst switches
- Administer MPLS connectivity and routing
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Firepower Threat Defense firewalls
- Provide network support for Genesys Call Center, including QoS and call quality troubleshooting
- Support and maintain Video Conferencing platforms
- Monitor network performance and resolve issues proactively
