Key Responsibilities
Handle laptop/desktop setup for new joiners, including OS installation (windows and unix based especially Ubantu), software configuration, email setup, and access provisioning
Manage user onboarding and offboarding IT activities (asset allocation, access control, system deactivation)
Monitor and maintain infrastructure with strong networking knowledge(LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls)
