Job Overview
Cybersoft and Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Network Engineer with 12 years of experience to support and maintain network infrastructure across multiple project locations. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with networking technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure, install, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability across multiple sites.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and configuration issues.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network-related support.
- Implement network security policies and best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and network reports.
- Provide remote and on-site support when required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with Cisco, MikroTik, HP, Juniper, or similar networking devices.
- Understanding of network security and firewall management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related discipline.
- 12 years of experience in Network Administration or Network Support.
- CCNA or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.
