DESIGNATION:
NOC Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or NOC operations.
Work Experience: 5 to 7 years

Role Overview The NOC Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of DC / DR network infrastructure. This role requires a solid understanding of Routing, Switching, network security,
troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Network Monitoring:
o Proactively monitor network performance, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Security Management:
o Manage and maintain firewalls (Cisco Firepower, Checkpoint, Palo Alto), IPS/IDS systems, and other security devices.
Network Troubleshooting:
o Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
Configuration Management:
o Implement and maintain network configurations, including IPsec, ACLs, VPN, and security hardening.
Access Control:
o Manage Cisco ISE, NAC, Aruba ClearPass for NAC and Wi-Fi access control.
Application Delivery:
o Manage F5 LB and WAF, Radware for application delivery and security.
Audits and Compliance:
o Assist with network audits, address audit findings, and ensure compliance with security standards.
Documentation:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation.
Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with:
o Firewalls: Cisco Firepower, Checkpoint, Palo Alto o IPS/IDS systems o IPsec, ACLs, VPN o Cisco ISE, NAC, Aruba ClearPass o F5 LB and WAF, Radware
Robust understanding of network security principles and best practices.
CCNA and CCNP security certifications preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
o Experience with network automation tools o Knowledge of cloud-based network infrastructure o Experience with network monitoring tools .
