- Manage and monitor tools like OpManager, Firewall Analyzer, NetFlow, NCM, CheckMK, Smarts, and NMMI - Analyze network performance, traffic, and bandwidth usage - Identify issues and implement solutions to improve network reliability and security - Configure and maintain monitoring tools and network devices - Collaborate with IT teams for tool integration and support - Maintain documentation and provide training/support to team members Required Skills: - Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security principles - Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools - Positive problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and documentation abilities Good to Have: - Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field - Certifications such as CCNA, Network+ - Exposure to automation and incident reduction initiatives .
