Network Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor network performance using network monitoring tools.Analyze traffic patterns, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot issues.Maintain and configure Network Monitoring Systems (NMS).Respond to network alerts promptly and effectively.Investigate and resolve network outages or performance degradations.Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams as necessary.2. System Maintenance: Perform regular health checks on routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.Update monitoring dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.3. Reporting and Documentation: Generate and deliver network performance reports.Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.4. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT and security teams to optimize network performance.Provide recommendations for improving network efficiency and scalability.5. Tool and Technology Management: Manage tools like OPManage, SolarWinds, PRTG, Opsramp, Cisco ACI, Aruba Clear Pass, Aruba Central or equivalent platforms.Stay updated with emerging trends in network monitoring and management.ualifications: Relevant certifications (preferred): CCNA, CCNP, DCACI, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in network monitoring or IT operations.Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and technologies.Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., OPManage, SolarWinds, PRTG, Opsramp, Cisco ACI, Aruba Clear Pass, Aruba Central).Familiarity with network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Exposure to Incident, Problem, Change Management and Service Level ReportingRole: Network Manager / Administrator Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Engineering - Hardware & Networks Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: IT Network .
