Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concrete, detailed plans for projects, including schedules, budgets, outlining team member duties, identifying project goals, and setting timelines. - Hold and run meetings to develop project plans and present them to senior management. - Monitor projects to ensure they remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to the plan, highlighting issues and managing solutions with RAID logs. - Gather and document all project-related documentation and outcomes, reporting or presenting to appropriate stakeholders to improve project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications Required

- Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with formal education or training in Project Management. - Project Management certification required (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM). - At least 5 years of experience in Shared services, GBS, GCC environments, or the BPO industry. - Minimum 3 years of proven experience leading and delivering diverse projects. - Strong hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in fast-paced environments. - Creative thinker with a proactive, 'out-of-the-box' problem-solving approach. - Experience in gathering, analyzing, and managing client requirements. - Fluent in English (written and spoken) communication skills.
