01Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor data center infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with server monitoring software and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of outages or incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Develop documentation for NOC procedures and processes to improve efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in data center operations or related field.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server administration and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools such as SNMP, WMI, or custom scripts. .
