01Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewall issues.
Handle technical queries through phone, email, and chat.
Escalate complex issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain technical documentation and support records.
Work with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
02Requirements
Bachelors degree in Networking, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical support/NOC.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewalls.
Experience with tools such as Ping, Traceroute, and Wireshark.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
CCNA/Network+ certification preferred.
