01Responsibilities
Align and communicate between the Back-End Development, Design, and Product Development teams to ensure the success of each development sprintPerform planning for all front-end related projectsDesign, implement, and maintain back-end systemsEnsure all components and the codebase are consistent, secure, and meet industry standardsOptimize the back-end for maximum speed and scalability on all screensConduct R&D and introduce new features to enhance user experiencesEnsure all codes and components are reusable for future usePerform consistent code reviewsApply and practice SCRUM ceremonies for each projectMotivate and mentor team members
Qualifications:
Experience with Backend Technologies like ExpressJS, Kubernetes, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other AWS services4-5 years of experience in back-end development; experience with front-end development will be a plusExcellent verbal and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of key UI/UX design principlesStrong exposure to modern technologies, including NodeJS and cloud architectureExcellent knowledge of data structures and algorithmsKeen to deliver quality and testable code through planning, documentation, coding standards, unit testing, and integration testingFluent in GitStrong understanding and experience in seamless CI/CD processes to achieve one-click deliveryExcellent exposure to Agile methodologies, especially ScrumAbility to conduct all SCRUM ceremoniesPassionate about developing new ideas and approaches with demonstrable and sustainable continuous improvementAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment, with experience in multicultural environments .
