Non IT Recruiter

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive, Logistics, and Manufacturing domains. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, workforce needs, and hiring priorities. - Conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate technical/functional interviews, and manage the selection process. - Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and company guidelines. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and market intelligence to refine recruitment approaches.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. - Strong networking skills with an established talent pipeline. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs. - Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in bulk hiring, blue-collar and white-collar workforce recruitment. - Familiarity with workforce planning and employer branding initiatives. - Prior experience in recruitment agencies or in-house recruitment teams within manufacturing/logistics firms.
