Overview
As a Lead recruiter (non-tech) at Licious, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent across non-tech functions such as Production , Quality and all regional roles. Youll be working from our Bengaluru office in a 5-day in-office set up.
Role type: 6-month contract

Drive entire recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates & stakeholdersPartner closely with business leaders across functions to deeply understand talent needs and shape effective hiring strategiesBuild innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent; including developing strong pipeline of passive candidatesManage candidate pipelines with care, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, transparent & engagingCollaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and provide consultative insights that elevate hiring decisionsStrengthen relationships with stakeholders by offering proactive, solutions-oriented supportLeverage data and market intelligence to set realistic expectations, influence decision-making and continuously improve recruitment outcomes
We hope that you
have 3-6 years experience in a recruitment role preferably with start-ups / FMCG companies / F&B domainhave expertise in end to end recruitment lifecyclehave excellent stakeholder management skillshave a self-starter mindset with the resilience to growhave a strong ability to leverage data & insights to influence hiring decisionsare proficient in google suite tools for data management & presentationare willing to work in a 5 day work from office setup in Bengaluru
