01Overview
Objectives of this role :
- To deliver a complete front-end application using the latest and needed technologies as per business requirements.
- Bridge the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders, translating market requirements into actionable product features and enhancements.
- You will be instrumental in defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and driving the execution of product initiatives to deliver maximum value to our clients.
- Research, analyze, and develop product features of increasingly complex nature.
You will be responsible for :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements and specifications.
- Lead the product planning process, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and creating a roadmap for product development.
- Release management
- Work closely with engineering teams and our technology partners to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our products, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial markets, data analytics, and technology.
You need to have :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical product management, preferably in the financial services or data analytics industry.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development methodologies, data structures, and APIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
- Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
- Experience with financial market data products, including real-time data feeds, historical data, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts, with experience implementing AI-driven solutions in a product context.
- Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Capability to work in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and prioritization skills. .
