Experience: 1 to 4 Years
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Notice Period: 015 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Education Requirement

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM (Commerce Background Only)

Job Summary

We are hiring skilled professionals in Order to Cash (O2C) operations with strong experience in billing, cash application, and accounts receivable. The role involves managing end-to-end AR processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing

• Generate and validate invoices
• Ensure accurate and timely billing

Cash Application & Allocation

• Apply customer payments to invoices
• Handle cash allocation and reconciliation

Accounts Receivable Management

• Monitor outstanding balances
• Follow up on collections and discrepancies

Cash Flow & Reporting

• Support cash flow forecasting
• Prepare monthly AR reports

Order Management

• Handle order approvals and validations

ERP & Compliance

• Work on ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Any ERP)
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and policies
