Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced O2C Logistics Billing Analyst with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) Billing Operations and SAP ERP. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end billing activities, invoice processing, dispute resolution, customer coordination, and ensure timely completion of billing transactions while meeting SLA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) billing operations.
- Generate and process customer invoices in SAP.
- Create and manage Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
- Validate Purchase Orders (PO), pricing, tax details, and billing information before invoice release.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, deductions, and short payments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely invoice processing within TAT and SLA commitments.
- Prepare billing MIS reports and maintain billing trackers.
- Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Required Skills
- 28 years of experience in O2C Billing, Logistics Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Invoice Processing.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP ERP.
- Strong understanding of Invoice Processing, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and Billing Operations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work in a US Shift environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Billing.
- Knowledge of OTC Cycle, AR, Cash Application, and Billing Compliance.
- Experience handling high-volume billing transactions.
