Roles & Responsibility

Primary

• Managing & monitoring client accounts
• Developing comprehensive marketing strategies for clients.
• Day to day planning & management of clients, receiving creative changes from clients, relaying those changes to creative staff & ensuring timely execution of all tasks, encompassing areas such as Branding & Designing, Social Media Management, Website Design & Development etc
• Answer and manage all client calls. Do follow up communications
• Ensure that enquiries, orders & messages are answered and followed up.
• Preparation of quotes, performa invoice & order acceptance
• Liaising with vendors, searching and short-listing new vendors, and establishing cordial rapo with them
• Coordinating in hiring for new recruits etc.

Secondary 

• Liaise with internal staff at all levels
• To be readily available at all times to deal with problems or complaints.
• Lead generation identifying targets, coordinating meetings, doing the meetings and identifying interest
• Networking Create, maintain and build upon relationships with prospects, existing clients and other sources of business
• Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets
• Upselling and increasing retention revenues from existing clients
