You will be responsible for reaching out to candidates, validating their profiles, and assisting recruiters in the hiring process. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to candidates who have applied for job vacancies. - Explain job details, assess candidate suitability, and record relevant information. - Validate candidate details including education, experience, current location, and salary. - Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters for smooth communication. - Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in CRM/recruitment database. - Assist in basic office coordination, documentation, and daily reporting. Candidate Profile - Graduates / Undergraduates with good communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in telecalling, customer service, or any client-facing role preferred. - Freshers or women returning to work after a break are encouraged to apply. - Confident, organized, and fluent in English and Hindi - Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets and data entry.
