KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidates will be involved:
Trademark search, prosecution & legal research
Copyright and Patent- related search
Drafting legal documents, notices & applications
Contract drafting and review
Case law research and legal analytical
Handling research related to IPR matters
Assisting with client-related legal work
Preparing legal opinions, reports and documentation
Monitoring developments in Intellectual Property Law
