Role & responsibilities
Product Development
Own and maintain the PDM product backlog, ensuring user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements are clearly defined and sprint-ready.
Partner with engineering to drive clarity, prioritization, and on-time delivery across PDM release cycles.
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning support, and release coordination for the PDM roadmap.
Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks; track feature progress against roadmap commitments.
Document product decisions, feature specifications, and technical dependencies for cross-functional alignment.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement
Develop and maintain product collateral including value propositions, one-pagers, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning for PDM.
Support pricing research, packaging strategy, and readiness materials in coordination with Sales and Marketing.
Create and update demo content, product documentation, and launch deliverables for new PDM features and releases.
Collaborate with marketing to align product capabilities to buyer personas and customer pain points in the provider data space.
Contribute to sales enablement by translating technical product capabilities into clear, compelling business value narratives.
Market & Competitive Research
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market scanning focused on provider data management, provider directory accuracy, and credentialing.
Track regulatory developments (e.g., CMS interoperability rules, No Surprises Act, CAHPs) and assess their impact on the PDM roadmap.
Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging customer needs; translate findings into actionable product recommendations.
Operational Efficiency
Provide near-24-hour productivity coverage leveraging offshore time zones to accelerate research, documentation, and product ops tasks.
Reduce dependency on a lean onshore team by owning defined workstreams end-to-end.
Preferred candidate profile
Required
4+ years of product management or product analyst experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare IT or SaaS environment.
Demonstrated experience owning a product backlog and writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Proven ability to support or lead go-to-market activities including collateral development, launch planning, and sales enablement.
Strong analytical and written communication skills; able to synthesize complex topics for diverse audiences.
Proficient with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Preferred
Hands-on experience with provider data management, provider directory, credentialing, or network management platforms.
Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, NPI registry, or similar provider data standards and sources.
Knowledge of CMS interoperability mandates, No Surprises Act requirements, or payer-provider data exchange frameworks.
Experience conducting customer discovery interviews or win/loss analysis. .
