Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in onboarding recent employees by completing joining formalities, including induction and orientation.
- Provide support to HR team during recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
- Conduct telecalling campaigns to engage with potential candidates and schedule meetings for further discussion.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and performance metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in an HR role or related field (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle phone calls effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. .
