Onboarding Specialist (Night Shift)- Freshers (Greater Noida)

- Coordinate entire onboarding life cycle for all assigned clients utilizing onboarding guidelines and quality metrics - Ensure that all onboarding paperwork is completed fully and accurately . - Drive customer and temporary employee satisfaction with Acro by onboarding temporary employees as quickly and accurately as possible, allowing them to promptly begin their assignments with the customer. - Completion of candidate file and onboarding checklist - Troubleshoot temporary employee service issues (as they pertain to onboarding and the Onboarding Team) and resolve them in a timely manner. Resolve temporary employee service issues and assist in facilitating process improvements, etc. - Document all appropriate activities in the appropriate database and submit required reports to Acro management. - Work on special projects. Work closely with other departments and as a team member when required. - Adhere to company policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned. Special Requirements Must be able to effectively communicate with all types of people, which include listening and understanding, as well as, conveying ideas and opinions. Must be able to develop good relationships with various types of people. Must be able to handle conflict well. Must have proficient computer skills. Ability to define problems, collect data and establish facts. Experience Any Post-Graduates with good academic records. Having Positive communication skills 7 out of 10 Language Skills Ability to write documentation in the appropriate database. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers.
