As an Air Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling online flight bookings and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle online flight bookings and reservations for domestic and international flights
- Assist customers with their travel inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, prices, and availability
- Process payments and issue tickets to customers
- Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and maintained in the system
- Collaborate with airlines and other travel partners to resolve any booking issues or discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in airline policies and procedures
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in using online booking systems and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
